City Council Packets

The Office of the City Clerk prepares a packet for each Councillor before the Council twice-monthly meetings. The packet includes the agenda, previous minutes, transfers, communications, appointments, orders, ordinances, committee items, and other information. Presently, the agenda is divided into the items within the consent agenda and items in the regular or non-consent agenda.

It is likely that there will be changes to the packet and the consent agenda contained therein during the actual council meeting.
