The Newburyport Redevelopment Authority (NRA) generally meets monthly on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 7 pm in City Council Chamber. Please confirm with the City's Calendar for meeting dates and agendas.

The NRA was established in 1960 under MGL Chapter 21B Section 4 to address revitalization of the downtown Central Business District. Newburyport set an example across the country as the first municipality to use urban renewal funds for historic preservation.
