Parks Use Permits

Anyone wishing to use a park for an organized event must submit a permit application.

One Day Use Permit
For one-time events such as company picnics or birthday parties please submit a 2009 One Day Permit Application. Click the 2009 One Day Permit Application link to download a paper form. There is no fee for one-time use of Newburyport parks unless your event is a commercial endeavor. Commercial parks users please contact Lisë Reid, nportparkscommission@yahoo.com.

Field Use Permit
Seasonal field use permits are issued to sports teams and leagues in the spring of each year. To submit an application click the 2009 Field Permit Application link to download a paper form. To determine your 2009 field use fee contact Lisë Reid, nportparkscommission@yahoo.com.
